Partly because of a shift away from brand communications, Pets at Home was increasingly being seen as just a ‘pet Tesco’.

Pet owners weren’t feeling the love for Pets at Home any more, so we set out to reconnect the brand with owners, to make Pets at Home ‘the UK’s most loved pet brand’.

The Solution

Using social media we asked pet owners to share their most precious pet videos and pictures. With over 13,000 pieces of content submitted, we created a highly poignant film (supported by social, PR and in-store comms) celebrating the story of owners lives with their pets.

The Solution

The Result

Spontaneous awareness grew from 47% to 62%, post campaign penetration levels were at their highest ever (71%) and trust measures grew by 17%.
